All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and
Juju offers free postage on all orders within the UK. This is via either DPD or DHL on a next day signed for delivery from the day they are posted.
You shall receive an email notification with a tracking number for you to track your order. On this email there shall also be a downloadable link to a returns note. If you wish to return any of your items you are free to do so within 14 days as long as the items have not been opened and damaged. The link shall give you a printable returns form with our return address information but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the returns postage. We shall pay the refund once the goods have been received. We suggest all customers send using a recorded or tracked delivery as Juju shall not be responsible for any lost or unreturned parcels.
We do not offer in store pick up
We offer international shipping to the rest of the world however this is paid for by the customer and calculated at the checkout when paying for your order. This cost does not include local taxes and duties, these are payable to customs at destination.
How do I check the status of my
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you wish to return the Goods for any reason you may do this notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the Goods and by returning the Goods to us within 14 days. We will examine the returned Goods and, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging, we will offer you an exchange or full refund at
your option. Unless the goods are faulty Juju will not refund the shipping costs, only the cost of the goods. The cost of you returning the Goods to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for paying postage at the correct rate and should contact your local Post Office or check online (www.royalmail.com) if you are unsure. Any additional costs arising from underpaying postage costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund for the returned Goods. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
