Refund Policy
A. If you wish to return the Goods for any reason you may do this notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the Goods and by returning the Goods to us within 14 days. We will examine the returned Goods and, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging, we will offer you an exchange or full refund at your option. Unless the goods are faulty Juju will not refund the shipping costs, only the cost of the goods. The cost of you returning the Goods to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for paying postage at the correct rate and should contact your local Post Office or check online (www.royalmail.com) if you are unsure. Any additional costs arising from underpaying postage costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund for the returned Goods. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
C. If you believe the Goods you receive are faulty, please email info@jujushoes.co.ukor fill in our online contact form. Include clear images and description of the fault and we will advise on a case by case basis how to proceed with returns. We will not refund the cost of return postage unless first confirmed via E-mail.
